Ingredients:
250 grams - bihon
¼ kilo - pork (thinly sliced)
2 pcs - Chinese longganisa
5 pcs - squid balls (Sliced)
5 pcs - kikian (sliced)
¼ kilo - cabbage ( sliced into strips)
1 pc - carrots (cut into thin strips)
2 stalk - Chinese celery (kintsay)- chopped
1 bulb - onion (sliced)
3 cloves - garlic (chopped)
6 tbls - oyster sauce
4 tbls - soy sauce
3 tbls - cooking oil
Cooking Procedure:
1. In a wok, heat oil and sauté garlic and onions.
2. Add the pork and stir fry for 3 minutes or until the pork turn slightly brown.
3. Add the Chinese longanisa , squid ball, kikkiam and cook for about 2 minutes.
4. Add the carrots , cabbage and continue stir fry for 1 minute.
5. Season with 3 tablespoon of oyster sauce and 2 tablespoon of soy sauce. Mix well. Set aside.
6. On same pan, boil 2 cups of water.
7. Add the remaining oyster and soy sauce.
8. Add the bihon and cook until almost of the liquid are absorbed.
9. Finally, add the sautéed meat and vegetables and the Chinese celery and cook for 1 minute. Mix well.
10. Serve hot.
Note: To improve taste, squeeze a calamansi (lemon) juice on it and/or sprinkle with liquid seasoning.
