Atsarang Papaya (Pickled Green Papaya)
Atsarang Labanos (Radish Pickle)
Kamote Fries (Sweet Potato Fries)
Ingredients:
1 cup all purpose flour
2 teaspoon baking powder
1 tablespoon sugar
½ teaspoon salt
1 cup evaporated milk
1 egg
3 tablespoon oil or melted butter
Cooking Instruction:
1. Sift flour, sugar and baking powder into a large bowl. Mix thoroughly.
2. Add milk, egg, oil (or melted butter) and salt. Beat slowly until the all ingredients are smoothly blended.
3. Grease the frying pan with at least 1 tablespoon of oil. Heat up in a low fire.
4. Pour ¼ cup of mixture on the frying pan.
5. Let stand for approximately 1 minute then flip on the other side for another 1 minute or until the pan cake turns light brown
6. Serve hot with honey.
