Kamote Fries (Sweet Potato Fries)
Ingredients:
½ kilo of kamote,
¼ kilo brown sugar
3 cups cooking oil
Cooking Procedure:
1.Slice kamote into thin slices or about ¼” thick x ¼” width and its length depend on the size on the kamote.
2.Roll the slices to the sugar.
3.In a deep pan, heat up 2~3 cups of cooking oil. Drop the coated fries in and cook for about 5 minutes of until fries turns
slightly brown and sugar coat already caramelized
4.Serve hot.
