Ginisang Pusit (Sauteed Squid)

Ingredients:
½  kilo pusit (Squid)
1 piece large onion (sliced)
3 cloves garlic (chopped)
1 piece tomato (chopped)
2 tablespoon cooking oil
1 teaspoon finely ground pepper corn
Salt for seasoning

Cooking Instruction:
1. In a deep pan, sauté garlic, onion and tomato
2. Add the squid stir fry for about 2 minutes in high fire.
3. Season with salt and pepper
4. Serve  hot.
