Daing na Bangus (Fried Marinated Milkfish) Recipe

Ingredients:
4 pcs small size milk fish (about 1 kilo)
4 tablespoon salts
2 tablespoon ground black peppers
1 cup vinegar (I prefer sugar cane vinegar)
1 bulb garlic (crushed)

Cooking Procedure:
1. Slice the fishes in half, cutting at its back from head to tail. Do not remove the scales.
2. Rub fish with salt and pepper then arrange in a wide plastic food keeper. Set aside for at least 30 minutes.
3. Mix vinegar and garlic then slowly pour over on the fishes. Put in a refrigerator for at least 3 hours to allow marinade to be absorbed into the fish meat.
4. In a pan, heat cooking oil and fry the fish until color change to golden brown.
5. This recipe normally during breakfast with fried rice and pickled papaya or radish.
